Wi-Fi Simulation
Because a good simulation works better
Based on building plans and the previously defined requirements, we simulate Wi-Fi coverage using the specified Wi-Fi components. The simulation results are verified through partial Wi-Fi measurements and compared with the on-site conditions. Based on this, the installation points are inspected and documented accordingly.
The Result
You will receive a detailed bill of materials for the required hardware (access points, antennas, splitters, antenna cables, power supplies, etc.) as well as specific installation instructions for each installation location.
We simulate – you benefit!
Wi-Fi network planning via simulation follows a structured and proven methodology. It comprises the phases of preparation, on-site technical implementation, measurement, evaluation, and follow-up.
- Integration and calibration of building plans
- Mapping of the building structure and definition of building materials
- Determination of attenuation zones and coverage areas
- Simulation with visualization of predefined parameters such as range, data throughput, redundancies, and channel planning
- Reference measurements per building to verify the simulation results
- Verification of installation locations and consideration of local conditions
- Preparation of the “Radio Field Measurement” report in accordance with the approved frequency bands
- Conducting a spectral analysis to identify potential sources of interference
- Evaluation of measurement results and fine-tuning of channel planning
- Photographic documentation with coordinate data for each location
- Detailed installation instructions, adapted to local conditions
- Creating a bill of materials for all components to be installed
Great service & fair prices – a combination that works
The costs for services and travel expenses in this project phase will be billed at a flat rate. The costs for Wi-Fi network planning will be calculated in advance, presented with the relevant documentation, and offered/billed at a flat rate.
